God LONGS to speak to HIS Girls!!!

We would all love it if God spoke aloud to us like he did to Samuel (1 Samuel 3). Wouldn’t it be great if a great voice from the clouds said, I want you to go to this place? Or used a burning bush to communicate to us….as he did with Moses…Most of us would probably fall out….However; he doesn’t typically do things that way. God speaks to us thru

His Spirit. It is written 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 “No Eye has seen, no ear has herd, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him. But God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.”

Even if we do not hear an audible voice, God speaks to us through the Holy Spirit. “Now we have received not the spirit of the world but the Spirit, which is of God: that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.” (1Corinthians 2:13)

How can we prepare ourselves to hear from him? By being still, in prayer, by reading and confessing the word out-loud, through our circumstances and experiences in our lives and by obeying him when He speaks.

For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. Spending time with God changes us—and it empowers us to change the world for him! For we are salt and light in the world. Developing an intimate relationship with God will be the most rewarding thing you ever do….it is so worth your time! So tell me what is GOD saying to YOU???
